Rated 4 out of 5 by stevesfishin Jalapeno Rack I have this three times now. I love grilling jalapenos with this. Its easy to use, easy to clean. I wish the openings for the peppers were larger. Larger peppers don't fit well and fall out easily. Most of the peppers I find are larger, but they still work if you're careful. I wish there was some kind of instructions or recipes. I had to go on the internet to get some ideas and how long to cook the peppers. Overall I'm happy with this purchase. October 22, 2012

A:I HAVE MY OWN WHICH I HAVE USED A COUPLE OF TIMES.
BROWN 1/2 LB OF JIMMY DEANS HOT SUASAGE AND DRAIN
ADD SAUSAGE AND SOME FINELY CUT UP ONION TO 1 PACKAGE OF CREAMCHEESE. STUFF PEPPERS WITHIN 1/4 INCH OF PEPPERS. WRAP BACON OVER THE TOP AND SECURE WITH TOOTH PICK. DO NOT OVER COOK. USE REMAINING STUFFING IN
CRESANTS IF ANY LEFT
