Rated 4 out of 5Â by Smiley117 Good Boot
These boots are nice and light and very comfortable. I hunted in below zero and had no problems. Only reason I never gave them a 5 is because they are a noisey squeaky boot when the sole is wet. Walking on wet grass or a skiff of snow makes an annoying squeaky noise. Other than that a good boot for the money

I hunt and scout allmost all year round. I run hounds, hunt elk, mule deer and couse deer. Irish setter boots have always been comfortable with very little break in and kept my feet dry. The only thing is I have to replace them once a year because I hunt hard in rough country and the soles wear out. I just purchased these a few weeks ago and are alredy broke in and very comfortable.

I am a new hunter, so I am gathering all my gear for this winters deer season. Boots were one of my first purchases because as a Marine grunt, I know how important good boots can be. These boots are extremely comfortable and solid. They are not the warmest as they are on 600 gram insulated but with a nice pair of wool socks from BP, they will get the job done. I have worn these on some brisk mornings, nothing too cold yet and I can say they are good on the feet. Good traction, warm and comfortable, what else is there?
