I wore these boots just a few times with minimal stress and the sole on one side is coming off and one of the tightening straps on the back calve area of the boot just came off when using normally. I paid top dollar for these boots to have such poor quality. I should have bought LaCrosse

I bought these boots before bow season. Here I am a month into season (only 3 hunts - kids baseball taking my weekends). I look down and see the sole is coming off at the right side of the heel, with a 1/4" gap. I can understand glue coming loose, but the gap was odd. Holding both boots together and facing away, the one coming loose was glued very very crooked.
So I go to email the company and send them a photo of the DEFECT....of the poor build quality,,,,of the lack of quality control.... and their website is down. Awesome.. You pay $150.00 for a fancy pair of rubber boots and they last 3 days of use.
While the design may be awesome, they are very comfortable and I am sure MOST of the ones purchased are working great.. Mine are not. Irish Setter better make this right.
I am adding 2 photos, The gap is obvious, but the photo showing the rear of both boots, compare the two heel lugs, the one on the left is crooked and not lined up with the sole.

These boots are very comfortable to where,wether you walk a long ways or you stand on a treestand for long periods of time.

I have nothing bad to say about these boots. This is the first pair of rubber boots I have ever had. I have worn them hunting turkeys and didn't have to worry about getting muddy or wet feet. I take them off before I get back into my truck so there is no mud tracked onto the floor, and I can drive with normal shoes on. They are easy to get on and off although the latch for the strap on the top of the boot isn't the easiest to operate. I just got home from a week long fishing trip and was able to get to places that no one else (other than people with waders) could get to without problems. They grip wet mossy rocks well, and kept my feet warm even in water that made my bare feet cramp! They are a bit on the pricey side so hopefully they will last a long time.

NON-insulated. Look up the other pair, it will say insulated on the title. But they are Neoprene insulation, and they work very good!

I see all the sizes are Wide. Do these boots fit like waders where you have to order one size smaller to fit??
