Purchased a pair before deer season 2012. They were awesomely comfortable in the store. They lasted 9 days in the field. First the foot bed all scrunched up into the toe of the boot, and then they cracked across the top of the boot at the ball of the foot. Irish Setter (Red Wing Shoes) customer service was less than stellar ... essentially "sorry about your luck".

This is an awesome pair of boots. They were a little tight at first and I bought them a half size big. They didnt slip at all. I can tuck my pants into them with ease. The strap clamp on the back keeps them from losening as you walk. I think these things are worth the money.
