Where the boot bends it caused bad pain on
the high ankle of my right leg. It was digging into my leg.

I ordered these boots on Monday night 11 PM and received them today (Wednesday). Very fast service!
I put them on and they were comfortable from the first step. I obviously haven't had enough time to thoroughly break them in but I am highly pleased with them right out of the box. If they wear like other reviewers have posted I am sure I will get a lot of use out of these boots. I highly recommend this brand!!

I love these boots! For those of you out there who still want the classic design hunting/ work boot that has the old style stitched vibram sole boots that are also resolable then you will like these boots. They are tough and they look good and not to heavy. Also, they are very reasonably priced compared to other waterproof membrane leather boots and they don't leak even after beating the snot out of them. I think they are by far the best value boots you can buy in this catagory. Irish Setter hit a grand slam home run with the manufacture of the Gunflint boot.
Please don't ever stop making it . Thank you Bass Pro Shops for providing such an excellent product.
