One of the four items from this line we bought for our daughter's 8th birthday. She and her dad set this up in about 5 minutes. She read the instructions and directed. It's so simple to assemble, the instructions are barely needed. It's lightweight, cute, and fits her twin size bed perfectly. She's camping in tonight, in fact. The only thing I'd add to it is a floor to keep things a little more stable. It appears to be easily washable, and the fabric is a printed nylon that has already stood up to the determined investigation of our largish tomcat.
