Indian Creek Black Diamond Strike Choke Tubes 4.7 5 26 26
The best choke tube I ever used! I bought the Indian Creek choke tube after reading a magazine article, until then I had never heard of them. I have never had a choke tube that I was comfortable with shooting past 35 yds. And have let more than one nice turkey walk because of this. I’ve owned Remington, Kick’s and Hastings, none come close to the Indian Creek’s performance. Combine with Hevi shot 2oz #6’s in my Remington 870, the result were incredible. At a laser measured fifty yards, I put fourteen pellets in the brain and neck bones of the turkey target. With a total of 136 pellets in an 11” x 14” target. I would highly recommended both product to anyone looking for the very best equipment money can buy. March 13, 2010
Best of 4 I own a mossberg 935 and have tried the factory choke, primos tightwad, and the primos jellyhead choke tubes. All are as tight as a turkey hunter should expect to get, but I decided to purchase the black diamond strike after reading the reviews and considering the NWTF award. This choke tube is surely the best. I tested it on turkey targets with Win. extended range #5 and #6 3.5 in. shells. I really believe that my gun doesn't pattern as tight as others due to the limited constriction of the chokes made for mossberg guns, but I am still impressed. I tested at 30, 40, and (just for kicks) 60 yards. A little pricey but I don't think money can buy a tighter choke for my gun. I will be using this choke on gobblers and for winning turkey shoots asap. February 23, 2010
Indian Creek Choke Tube Well let me tell you this choke tube is definitely worth the money. I average 240 pellets in a 10 inch circle at 40 yards with Hevi-Shot #6 or Winchester Supreme Elite also #6. All of this through my Benelli Supernova. Excactly what they told me at Indian Creek. February 16, 2010
Great Choke I have a Remington 870 with an Indian Creek Choke shooting Hevi-13, 3 1/2", #5, 2 1/4 oz load. I killed a nice 3-4 year old bird at 62 yards last year. Anyone that does not like this choke is crazy this is the best choke I've ever used and I have tried a lot of chokes to be able to kill a bird at long range. I hunt areas that birds have a lot of pressure and need a choke that will perform well. This one will do what I want and More. BUY one best investment you can make for turkey hunting January 27, 2010

A:
You will need to take whatever choke is in your barrel out and see where your threads are located. If your threads come all the way to the end of the barrel then you will need the Beretta/Benelli choke tube. If your threads are an inch or inch and a half or so down in the barrel then you will need the Crio choke. I'm not positive but I am pretty sure that your barrel is not crio treated so you will go with the Beretta/Benelli choke tube.

I'm sitting on a sizeable stash of 3 and 3.5 inch Federal Magshok Turkey loads with their Flite Control wads.

I've read that FC wads perform best with non-ported tubes.

Does anybody have experience shooting Flite Control wads through this choke?

A:
Do not shoot flite control wads through this choke, nothing good will come of it. Besides this choke is DESIGNED to STRIP the wad. The wad is what makes flite control so good. Take that wad out and it's anybody's guess what kind of pattern you'll get.

I used the Federal flight control wads with this choke and it performs very well, better than other loads and brands. I had the #5 shot and #6 hevi, #5 seemed to perform better . This was my daughters gun, Benelli 20 gauge with crio barrel.

I would not use this choke on 00 buck, you will get terrible patters because it will deform the shot because it's too tight. As for the gun, yes it will fit.
