I purchased the INDIAN CREEK BLACK DIAMOND choke because of the great reviews and the compatibility with both lead and HEVI-SHOT. I utilized this choke in my Benelli SBE II along with 3 1/2" HEVI-SHOT BLEND (5,6,7). I was able to kill a beautiful WV Gobbler at a witnessed & verified 70 yards. I won't use anything else. Who would?

Last year I purchased the Jelly Head for my SBE. Shot worse than the factory choke tube. Bit the bullet and bought the Indian Creek. Shot two gobblers opening day this year. Both between 45-50 yards. Killed the first stone dead. My buddy shot at the second and missed it ran back to my bird stop and I dropped it right beside the first bird. I am pattering 70 head hits at 35 yards with WIN Supreme 3.5 #6 turkey loads. (Witnessed) Get One you will not be disappointed !

I have purchased three of the choke tubes. I have a 50 yard 870 Remington 20 ga youth sporting a 21 in barrel using this tube along with the HEVI 13 Number 6's . I also have Remington 870 12 ga sporting a 28 inch barrel that is a 60 yard gun using this choke tube with Hevi 13 # 6's 1 3\4 shot. It is awesome. Very pleased with the product performance.

Indian Creek turkey chokes are unbelievable and they are worth every penny. Buy this choke and you will not be disappointed. Indian Choke tubes and Hevi-Shot equals a deadly combination!

What is the difference between the Benelli Crio Plus choke tube and the Beretta/Benelli tubes?

The CRIO choke tubes are for crio treated bbls. The threads on the choke tube are set deeper on the tube and therfore not compatible with the standard tubes. Hope this helpsA:Â
You will need to take whatever choke is in your barrel out and see where your threads are located. If your threads come all the way to the end of the barrel then you will need the Beretta/Benelli choke tube. If your threads are an inch or inch and a half or so down in the barrel then you will need the Crio choke. I'm not positive but I am pretty sure that your barrel is not crio treated so you will go with the Beretta/Benelli choke tube.Details:Â
I'm sitting on a sizeable stash of 3 and 3.5 inch Federal Magshok Turkey loads with their Flite Control wads.I've read that FC wads perform best with non-ported tubes.
Does anybody have experience shooting Flite Control wads through this choke?

Do not shoot flite control wads through this choke, nothing good will come of it. Besides this choke is DESIGNED to STRIP the wad. The wad is what makes flite control so good. Take that wad out and it's anybody's guess what kind of pattern you'll get.A:Â
I used the Federal flight control wads with this choke and it performs very well, better than other loads and brands. I had the #5 shot and #6 hevi, #5 seemed to perform better . This was my daughters gun, Benelli 20 gauge with crio barrel.A:Â

Yes, make sure that you get the accuchoke threading.

I would not use this choke on 00 buck, you will get terrible patters because it will deform the shot because it's too tight. As for the gun, yes it will fit.

yes, you can shoot anything out of this choke except federal flite control, due to the ports.A:Â
