This sight is incredible! It took me about an hour to install it, sight in first pin, and adjust the retina lock. I was instantly shooting tighter groups. I will never buy brand sight again.

I've used the predecessor to the IQ sight (Timberline No-peep) and was disappointed I could no longer buy the NP. The altenative was the IQ. I purchased the 7 pin model and must say I'm very impressed. Setting up the NP by yourself is tedious, but the IQ version, mounted within the sight housing itself is terrific!!! Adjustments to the Retina Lock are easy and *almost* effortless. Once adjusted, the Retina Lock puts my eye in the same place (in relation to the bow riser) everytime. It also shows when I'm torqing the bow by gripping the handle (something a string peep doesn't indicate).
It gives me low light anchor points and will even indicate when strings start to stretch (the NP did on other bows) Both the pins and Retina Lock glow well into the darkest hours (well beyond legal shooting time) and the built in level keeps everything straight up.
You can still use it with a conventional peep and it will double as a form checker.
The only drawback (for me) is that it doesn't come in camo to match the rest of my bow (a little paint will help that though)
I'll buy another, if I ever get another bow.
