Rated 5 out of 5 by CPTMORGAN0BASSKILLER Really great investment We fish lake Ashby in florida and its a hit and miss fishing there and I fish the lake 3 to 4 times a week. Now since we been using the freshwater hydrowave we have had more bites and catches than our normal trips of fishing. We even had few bites and catches of crappie(specs). I was first cautious of purchasing the hydrowave thinking what another gimmick to waste money on, but it was worth a try and a well name sportman like KVD to put his reputation on the line I knew it would be well worth the money spent. I encourage all that can get the hydrowave to buy it. January 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Dobyns A MUST HAVE It's really rather simple, if you aren't using this--your getting left behind and getting your butt kicked!!! I purchased mine 01/2012, it took me approximately 30 minutes to install. I won more tournaments and more money last year then I ever have. I can say without a shadow of a doubt it is do to the hydro wave. When I won tournaments, I didn't just win I would, I would squash the competition!!! January 2, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 So far so good So far so good. Pulled into a cove and thought I had the unit on. It was off didn't see any action when it was off. Turned the unit on and in a short time we had bait breaking all around us. And bass hitting them. Every time out I learn more about the unit. Lots of intrest in my club with the unit. A:The difference between the units is that the KVD Signature Series HydroWave Package also includes six KVD Exclusive sound loops: Power Pattern; Feeding Frenzy; Delayed Schools; Finesse Fishing; Ultra Finesse; and Schooling Blitz. Otherwise, they are the same unit.
A:The hydrowave does run off the battery in your boat, so yes, it's wired underneath the front deck. But it's really quite simple to install.
A:Installation of the HydroWave is simply hooking up the unit to an accessory power source on your boat and plugging in the speaker. There are no complex electrical or mechanical installation requirements.
A:We have some friends that had purchased the biosonix package before we purchased the hydrowave. The only difference I can see is the appearance of the products and the significant price difference.
A:never used a biosonix, but Ive heard they were not wade very well. Hydrowave is top quality
A:HydroWave™ is a patent-pending electronic feeding simulator based on reactive senses of bass and other predatory fish. It incorporates both Lateral Reactive Technology (LRT) and Vibration Reactive Technology (VRT) to elicit predatory feeding responses. The shock-resistant, waterproof design features six proven pre-programmed sounds with continuous or 30 second interval playback. The top unit easily mounts in your boat while the sound broadcaster mounts to your trolling motor or suspends in the water. Made in USA.
The Biosonix Fish Attractor reproduces the natural sound signatures of baitfish and the sounds of baitfish being attacked and eaten by predatory fish. Each sound is digitally recorded and played back via an underwater speaker system.
Details:If the speaker is mounted on the trolling motor and you have the transducer also mounted on you trolling motor will the sound waves from the speaker interfere with the sonar return?
A:We haven't had a problem with sonar and the hydrowave when used together.
A:The sound iof the Hydrowave s not impeded or distorted by the trolling motor housing or rotating propeller abd it will not affect the sonar.
A:didn't interfere with my old humminbird or my new 596c HD DI
