The cover seems to be good quality. Very tight fit around trolling motor. My cover came with no straps. I thought it included the straps, but there were none.

So for it's been a grate deal, it goes on easy, comes off easy ,keeps everything in my boat clean and dry. it beafs these old cheap tarps that don't last three monts, it's realy worth the money! And it fits perfict.

My cover is less than 2 years old and has ripped in two places. The first rip happened at the trolling motor blade. This is not surprising because the fit is very tight around the trolling motor, and the cover is not reinforced where the blade hits the cover. The second rip happened at the top of the console where the cover is reinforced.

Compared to paying $750 for a custom fit cover, this one is excellent. Great material. The fit is better than expected. The weak point is the tie down system. The buckles are somewhat difficult to install and the instructions are not much help.
