These are very easy to install. They save a lot of time opposed to the strap that comes from the factory. Also with it already being up in my stand it make it a lot quieter and faster, compared to fumbling with the factory strap. The 3 pack is great if you have multiple permanent stands.

yes there is one with the harness

The Quick Connect is NOT included but a strap that requires on and off every sit is included. Definitely buy the quick connect set it up once for the whole season and reduce noise and time getting situated in your stand!!!

The new models(2009) do have a type of them included with the vest. I did not know this, and bought the quick connect. They also come with the deer drag/suspension relief strap.
