I used this call right when rattle bags were becoming the new hit. I called in a buck from 300 yards away in a moderate rain. Got him to 32 yards and took him with the bow.
I did have to replace the bag once, the cotton bag wore out after rubbing against the wooden dowels for 5 seasons. All it took was a sleeve from one of my older Realtree Hardwoods hunting shirts and about 15 minutes of sewing in the elastic and neck cord to get it back to working great. It only had a small hole in it, but it was the end of the season so I figured I may as well replace it. Even if you don't feel like doing that, it's only 15 bucks so for 3-5 years of use that's not bad.

This does exactly what it is suppose to do. It calls in bucks. I purchased this right before deer season and i was glad. The first month and a half of deer season i called in many bucks with this. I bet i called in at least 15 bucks with this product. Over all in my opinion it work great. It works great in rain even to. Awsome product!

The past few years I haven't rattled much and the times I did, I never had anything respond. Eventually I got tired of packing those bulky antlers around with me. Two years ago I bought the Rattling Bag and thought I'd give it a try again. I actually had a young buck come in shortly after my rattling sequence. Whether or not he responded to my rattling or just happened to be coming my way anyway I'll never know, but it gave me a little confidence in them and they are 10x easier to pack and use than that old set of real antlers I used to use. I don't know how much I'll use them but it's worth owning a pair.
