I had tried clipping one of these wafers to myself while out one evening as a tested cover scent. I had heard movement frequently around my stand, but not close enough or in the open enough to see well. Soon as it started getting dark, I climbed from my stand, something darted off. As I neared the edge of the woods, heard something again. Later I heard of stories of bucks attacking humans with estrus on their body. I don't recommend that....at all. I instead started placing a wafer at key locations around my stand. Within a couple weeks I had gotten one nice 8 and a little 4. I didn't like smelling of this at all either.

I have to say this is a great product for the money it has a very strong smell and i have seen alot of deer using this product.buy one

I've used these. Not worth the money I spent. Set them up everywhere and no luck all day
