I love filming my hunts and fishing adventures and came across these thinking they would be a cool addition to my existing cameras. The battery and recording time are pretty good. The video quality is actually alot better then I thought it would be. I have noticed that the camera is aimed a bit high so when I am looking straight ahead I am actually filming up towards the sky a bit. And with the large nose piece to support the camera I a unable to shoot my bow or long guns with these on my face because I can not see through the nose piece. Think they are a neat gimick item but not something I would suggest to others. Better cameras on the market in my opinion.

I purchased these glasses and i am extremely dissapointed. With a full charge I cant get them to record for more than a minute or two and they shut off. Also I have not been able see/view any of the files/videos on my computer. I have spent 2 days now trying to get them to work and I cant seem to make it happen. I tried the free software and tried other software out there and all keeps saying the files are corrupted..... I would not waste a dime on these!!!!! Also I only recieved the dark lenses with the glasses.

1.Take the lenses out in hunting situations; lenses can be too dark in daybreak/twilight.
2. Micro SD card required, more to buy if you do not have other gear using micro cards.
3. Finicky in lower temps, even in early spring turkey hunt.
4. Tricky to get the buttons to go live in filming during a hunting situation; movement can be an issue and its ability to just go on is an issue.
5. Software interface in Windows a bit tricky.
6. Not sure how software work with my new Mac Book pro as my experience with this camera was from last season and I use got the Mac Book pro.
7. Poor performance in low light.
8. Alignment of you face to shotgun during turkey season vs. where the camera is facing is an issue. Your eyes may be on the target but not necessarily the camera.
9. This device may be suited to flaming outdoor events other than hunting situations.
10. Rather pricey; I have this and I would not recommend this to others.
I am a fan of many of HS goods; but this one was a dud for me sad to say.

They overheat and turn off
Horrible video quality
You might as well pay the extra money for a mount on camera for your gun

Let's say you're trout fishing and it starts to rain or heaven forbid they fall into the stream. Would they be ruined?Answers

There is a potential they can not with stand as theSD card or the electronics could get fried if immersed. More likely though in a moving stream, they would float away quickly and not be recovered. Get a eyeglass strap to avoid the scenario you envision. Good luck.1 of 1
