This is overpriced garbage!! Buy a metal one or make one. It is a piece of plastic with a hose clamp. The plastic piece is very brittle and will break with any pressure on it. It will work for you if you put it on and never touch it or bump it.

purchased this when i bought a new fishfinder. do yourself a favor and steer clear of this product it is pure junk the plastic broke the first day on the water. buy one made of metal or figure out a way to mount it some other way this product is a waste of money.

Bought this to use on my inflatable pontoon boat which has a Minn Kota Endura 30. It's easy to install, but really expensive for what you get.
I think I bumped the transducer on the sandy bottom near the lake shore and this mount/bracket snapped like a toothpick. Unfortunately, I was not surprised. What I was surprised about was the fact that the bracket did not snap sooner, like when I was tightening the hose clamp. If you purchase this product, you will see what I mean when you are tightening down the hose clamp...the mount wants to snap right then and there!
It is probably fine for situations where your trolling motor is semi-permanently mounted to your boat. It is NOT suitable for portability because this bracket cannot take any bumping or abuse whatsoever. Even though the Humminbird transducers have the built in ratcheting thing that is supposed to allow them to withstand a minor bump, this bracket does not use that feature. The bracket will snap way before your transducer will ratchet backwards to absorb any impact.
I wish i had done my research. I figured I would just by the bracket made by my fishfinder's manufacturer. I am disappointed they made a piece of junk. Take a look at the "Rig Rite" brand; their bracket is all metal and cheaper.
