Humminbird's In-Dash mounting kits provide you with the option of installing your Humminbird fish finder unit in the dash for a fully integrated appearance. Mounting kits are made from the same rugged materials as the unit, and the kits include all mounting hardware.
The 700 Series In-Dash Mounting Kit is compatible with models 717, 727, 737, 747c, 757c, 767, 777C2, 787C2 and 797c2 SI.
The 900 Series In-Dash Mounting Kit is compatible with models 917c, 931c, 937c, 947c, 955c, 957c, 967c, 981c, 987c and 997c.

I bought this for my 597hd di unit and it works great, it works for several units that can be found on the humminbird website...it came with good instructions and a very accurate template, it took me all of 10 minutes from start to finish and looks great in my console

It does what it said it was going to do. Pretty straight forward. Haven't been in any really rough water with it yet to see if it will hold but, so far it's holding steady.

The boat dealer could not find this mounting kit after canvassing all of their suppliers. I just called Bass Pro and had it drop shipped to me in two days. Now that is service! The dealer then installed the sounder to the console of the boat with the mounting kit. Everything works well.
