I've got it a month ago. I'm an electronics engineer and I didn't have trouble to install. BUT! All advertisement(s) about this model is misleading. It said it has a detailed map installed. Not true. There is a very basic map of the roads. Who is going to use fish finder/GPS on land? So, you have to invest another $200 on chart, otherwise you wasted you first investment of $800. Than, Hummingbird tells with their COMBO unit, you can mark multiple positions on the unit, and come back to that position any time. Don't believe what you see or hear in Hummingbird video, or YouTube, You can't! You have to pull out Navionics Chard SD card and put a blank SD Card in their so called "COMBO". Hummingbird said that GPS will save position. Well that is helps, when you are sinking with you boat, but not when you're fishing and you need a chart. When I got in touch with customer service they put me in ignore, and don't want to accept what they call COMBO it not.
