Rated 5 out of 5 by bills231 horton fury well i finally made my mind up. i sold my horton vision 175 and now i have bought the horton fury!!! and all i can say is WOW!!!!! THIS BOW IS MUCH MUCH FASTER LIGHTER QUITER, AND ALL AROUND MUCH SWEETER. i loved my vision but now i have a new love. it just fitts. i assembled this crossbow and it took about 15 min to do so. then took it out and shot it. first two shots where touching each other. the speed is rediculous! i would say it is as fast as my pse omen! scope is clear and bright. i love the string stops. it is not very loud at all. this xbow is the total package! i highly recommend this to anyone. hoeton has out done them selfs on this one. i know it is alot of money but you will not be disappointed. go buy one!!! the deer dont stand a chance August 17, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by LONGBEARD4 new experiance this bow shoots very nice, it didnt take long to zero it in. The only thing I dont like is how noisy it is. this concerns me in a Hunting situation. July 4, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Koyote Horton Fury I've hunted deer a little over ten years with a crossbow my first one I bought was a horton Yukon SL. Even then I was at Hortons quality and customer service. If your looking for a hard hitting and accurate crossbow but don't want to spend $1200 or more i'd strongly suggest buying the Horton Fury. The main reason I'd suggest buying this crossbow are as followes. It's very light and extremely well balanced making it easiey to hold on to a target if you need to, it already comes with every thing you need such as three bolts, quiver and a easier draw. Details:A guy at Cabelas told me that all the bows are being returned as a result of Horton telling people they should file down the cam so it doesnt chew up their strings/cause dry fires. Not too sure what the scoop is...anyone got more info?
