From HORNADY website:

Do I need to convert my LNL AP press?

No, this new ejection system is not a required conversion. If you purchase new style shell plates they will work with both the wire eject and EZ-JECT systems.

A:
They will if they have the grove cut in the bottom so that it can rotate by the new ezject machined bump. If you have the older style with the wire I am not sure if it will work or not. I have the latest one with the machined bump that will eject the cartridge (no wire needed).
