Hornady® Lock-n-Load® "B" Series Modified Cases are specially modified to work with Lock-N-Load Precision gauges. To ensure that they remain perfectly square for precise alignment in the chamber of your firearm, a special fine thread is used to attach them to the gauges. In addition, the neck of the case is made perfectly round and then opened slightly to allow a standard diameter bullet to slip into the case mouth effortlessly, but concentrically, to ensure the most precise results possible. Made in USA.
The Hornady Lock-N-Load O.A.L. Straight Gauge is sold separately and can be found through item search for item number 38-888-557-00.

After hearing about the difference in accuracy, I am trying this setup for the first time. I have seen it demo on "you tube".
I can't find the difference in "type A :: type B.
Any answers out there?
I guess I will buy both for my AR and see what happens.
