Rated 5 out of 5 by 250gr FTX .452 Use these in my reloads for my 450 Bushmaster! THEY will take care of anything you come across! Drop deer and hogs like a sack of potatoes! Hornady makes the best bullets on the market. March 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by great in .458 socom These work great in my .458 Socom with lil gun pushing them. March 23, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by hornady ftx This is a great product. I go back and forth between these and 250 grain xtp's in super glide sabots in my traditions muzzy. FTX shoots about an inch higher at a 100 yards and groups just as well as the XTP's i have been using the last three years. September 7, 2011

A:
Yes, its what they are made for. Make sure you check the box. There are several .308 caliber projectiles. The 30-30 have a cannelure set high for that particular cartridge.

A:
usually the 30-30 uses a .307 dia. if it's made in that size then yes , all manufactures designate what bullets will work in a 30-30 , just remember you cannot safely use lead tip or hollow point bullets in a tubular magazine
