Hornady® 300 Whisper® Supersonic Centerfire Rifle Ammo 5 5 1 1
Hands Down I was really excited about my new Smith & Wesson M&P chambered in .300 Whisper. I shot two major brands of ammo and was so disappointed in the 4" groups that I considered selling the gun immediately. Lucky for me, the range had some Hornady V-max. Having shot this in .17 HMR, I knew how good it could be. Just to see what this gun could do, I shot at 50 yards and keyholed two shots. Moving out to 100, my groups were 1-1/2" or less. Before every hunt, I always shoot to check accuracy at a 2" orange dot. This gun and ammo combination compares to any big game rig I have. Amazing accuracy with confidence building consistency.
