Been using this forever and it still works, haven't found a better replacement. Because it is liquid its easy to spill.

I've used No 9 for over 33 years. It has kept my collection of firearms in outstanding shooting condition. My original 30-06 can still shoot "one -holers" if I do my part. I follow five strokes of No 9 with dry patches and five more strokes with Hoppes Copper Solvent. No 9 is a trusted, proven, great product!

This is the BEST all around solvent you can buy for everyday gun cleaning. I like the paste solvents such as Remington 40-X or JB Paste for heavy copper or Milsurp cleaning but for regular carbon and copper buildup this stuff is awesome. Smells great too!

I have been using Hoppe's since I was a kid back in the 50's. I ran my own gun shop in the 70's and 80's. I recommended Hoppe's to all my customers. I do believe there is no other product that meets the same quality and preformance as Hoppe's. It makes no difference what type of firearm Hoppe's out shines them all
