I liked how it held my dip bait. It's great there. But I ended up replacing the treble hook and taking the given line off. I ended up using a bigger hook that wouldn't get stuck in the fleshy catfish mouth.
I ended up only using the sponge and bait holder. Works good, just rebuild the thing your own way.

i got these in the magic bait king cat variety pack and these work very good i cought a 1-2 pound channel cat first cast also so you can cut them in half and put them on a smalle treble hook

i purchased the hog wild tube bait holders, never used this style before but was very impressed. tubes were not as easy to load full of stink bait but once it was loaded held bait very well in swift water.
