I have had this pack for about 18 months now and have used it numerous times in all types of weather. The straps are great and conform to the body nicely. Very easy to pack and get a central center of gravity. Everything stays dry and easy access allows you to get to the things you need when you need them.

Yes, I have a rather large 0 temp bag that I've managed to squeeze in to mine and it's held up nicely.
