I do not like smoked salmon very much and have tried numerous different ways, but this brine comes out perfect!!! My kids even like it!

This is awesome Brine. I have used it to smoke 50 lbs of Red and Silver salmon so far.
It is a no brainer to use. Just follow the directions and you will have just the right consistencey of salt, brown sugar. It is the best!

I use Gourmet Alaskan Salmon Brine Mix to smoked Steelhead Trout and Salmon. This product is easy to use and gives fish and great taste when smoked, once the fish is smoked I make dip that is great also.
