have tryed just about every summer sausage kit on the market this one is hands down the best. only problem is once you make it every one wants some. would suggest smoking with hickory.

Bland, add mustard seed & peppercorns. Since half the price is in the casings ( 10 bought separately cost $9 ) not a bad deal buying kit.

Great seasoning and easy to fix. Shrinkage is an issue , but not enough to stop me from using this product. If anyone has any ideas on how to prevent the shrinkage please let me know.
