Ordered by phone. Reasonable shipping cost, quick service. Sausages were not pretty(my inexperience) but tasted great with no msg as in the markets.

I have made a lot of sausage in my life, and this kit truly lives up to its promise of not only having everything you need (Except the grinder/stuffer!!!), but also having a GREAT flavour. I have also used the HiMountain Breakfast Sausage mix, another truly great recipe! I use both Deer, and wild hog for the sausage. If using Deer make sure you use a fatty pork butt , or add beef fat to get a bit more moisture in the sausage, even without it, the sausage will be good, but the fat will make it more moist when cooked! I also ignore the recipe's ratios of Deer/Pork, I prefer MORE Deer to Pork, even if it is a bit drier!
