We made our own moose sausages for the first time and tried this hi mountain maple seasoning and it is super delicious. Best sausages we ever tasted so much that we ordered more immediately along with couple of others. Way to go Bass Pro Shop!! Love your store and all the products.

Used this with 6lbs venison and 4lbs pork used just a little more than called for. Exellent flavor, everbody loved it.

Used this on a mix 3 parts Venison to 1 part pork. Mixed per the directions and had to double the initial recomendation (the directions do say that) seasoning and add 1 tsp sage per pound to get it to taste like a breakfast sausage. At that rate only good for about 12 lbs worth of meat. Tasted good with the extra editions.
