This is the way to go!! It allows you the opportunity to make a little bit of everything, and they are all delicious! Froze some beef roasts, then shaved them thin, and seasoned a few pounds for each flavor. My girls couldn't stop eating it. We went through about 10 pounds of jerky in a few weeks. Excellent flavors!!

I read reviews before buying that said the seasoning was great and to mix exactly as directions said. After 3 batches using more than 10lbs. of meat, both ground and whole, I have to say I use 1.5x the seasoning recommended. The taste is still dull enough in all of the flavorsthat I begun adding my own seasoning. Disappointed and will not purchase again.
