Rated 5 out of 5 by ToughAsNails Great product
Easy to use and works great. Cheaper and easier to store and clean than an electric slicer. Knife came out of the box extremely sharp and has held it's edge very well after several uses. Great product and highly recommended.

Used the jerky kit as soon as I took it out the box. As easy and fast as advertised. Have already recommended it to multiple friends.

ARE THERE ANY INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE INSERT ON THE ORIGINAL JERKY BOARD & KNIFE SET?
Answers
A:
as your meat gets thin, i use the insert to hold it down on board, to avoid cutting my hand!A:
Didn't see any instructions but figured it should be placed on the meat to protect you as it gets thinner so you don't cut your hand.A:
When you put the meat on the board you want to place the insert on top of the meat to help hold it firmly down. This also protects your hand from getting cut when slicing the meat. Thanks1 of 1
