I have ben making jerky on and off for a few years and this jerky gun is the worst one i've ever bought. Three trays into my first batch it quit pressing the meat out, poor quality ( cheap thin plastic) . Hi Mountain should keep with making great seasoning.

I bought this jerky kit for my husband for his birthday and we just tried it out tonight. It was actually quite fun and very easy to use. We used ground turkey with the Original flavor seasoning and the jerky came out great. We made both the strips and sticks and both worked well. We can't wait to try out some more seasonings.
