Have used this gun for about 25 pounds of jerky. The plastic plunger is quickly wearing out as it is very difficult to get it inserted into the plastic barrel properly (no flare on the end). The plunger edge is now "rolled over" and difficult to get into and out of the barrel. Seasoning packs are great, but I won't get much more use from the gun. Will be looking to upgrade to a better gun soon.

We've used this to make a few pounds of deer jerky and it works great! No problems with the gun and the cure is very tasty. Great product.
