Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent! I have always made my own jerky seasonings and marinade, but I've been looking for a more economical way to make larger quantities of deer jerky. I saw this at Bass Pro and figured I'd give it a try. I was blown away. It's the best jerky I've ever made and I mixed it exactly as the directions instructed. It cures so much meat from one pachage, I'll never make my own seasoning again. August 3, 2010
