Rated 5 out of 5 Best Tasting Jerky I've been using this brand for about two years to make venison and elk jerky. It's easy to use and easy to get the amount of seasoning right. All the flavors are good but the favorites seem to be Pepper, and Pepper and Garlic. Everyone raves about my jerky and wants the recipe. I used to have my own recipe but now I just tell them it's Hi Mountain. June 28, 2010
