I tried this seasoning and was very disappointed. It didn't have any heat or flavor. I like the hickory flavor and I want to try the Bourbon and the Teriyaki next since they have good reviews.

This is one of the better seasoning by Hi Mountain.
I used it on my venison jerky this year and it was a hit. This seasoning adds that added verity I was looking for when I was making my venison jerky. This seasoning will be in my arsenal when I put togather another batch of venison jerky.

The jerky was very tasty, not too spicy...wouldn't really call it inferno blend, but it has a kick to it . My uncle actually loved it so much he offered to pay money for a bag of it.

Based on the other High Mountain jerky seasonings, this was a huge disappointment. When I saw the name "Inferno" I thought this would rock ya good. The Cracked Pepper & Garlic has more kick to it than this does. Additionally, the taste is...just okay. Kinda bland. Nothing like the other High Mountain flavors, which are very tasty. I'm pretty sold on the High Mountain jerky seasonings but this was my first and last box of Inferno. Yeah, it was really disappointing. Would not recommend at all.
