first time to use,it has grate taste,hickory was the flavor,fallow directions,it came out real good,all my friends like it they ask me to make some for them,4 hours was all the time for marinating i used,for meat it was lean ground beef 97/3,have a batch of turkey in dehydrator to try at this time. will try a different flavor next time mixed box,to make one reg,hot, hickory!

best tasting product i have tasted yet. so happy i don't even want to try another. easy to make and make lots of my deer into jerky. been using this product for years.
