Made some deer jerky with this from sliced backstrap and it was outstanding. Can't wait to try more flavors. My next deer will contribute a lot more meat towards jerky for sure!

it is good for hamberger. makes good meat sticks (game meat or beef) but not to good for jerky.

I've tried several of Hi Mountain's flavors. This is probably my least favorite. I'd describe the flavor as an extremely faint sweet pepper taste, but it's barely noticeable. Go with the original flavor. It's awesome!
