Made this today in my smoker. Seasoned and marinated according to directions. Has very little flavor. Could not even discern either a bourbon or bbq flavor. Have used another product from BassPro, not one of the major brands, and it was much better. Will not buy this again.

I have tried alot of jerky brands and flavors. Most were way too salty but this one hit's the nail right on the head.....WORKS FOR ME.

I use all the Hi Mountain Wild Game seasonings, all the way from the Jerky Cures, to the Summer Sausage, to the fish brines. They have wonderful flavor and keep my taste buds watering. An excellent product every sportsman should use if he process's his own game!
