Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Jerky Seasoning We have been using Hi Mountain Jerky Seasoning for years and years, we have tried other brands and we have made our own but we always come back to Hi Mountain. We have tried most of the flavors and love everyone we've tried. We like to go a little heavier than the directions on the seasoning, but follow the directions pretty close on the cure or it can get a little salty. October 22, 2012
