Gotta try it!
If you like making your own jerky and you love a little heat in your meat, this stuff is the way to go. I have tried the Teryaki and this flavor and it is great. I make about 3 lbs per week and this is the only cure I use.

Probably one of the better seasonings I have used. The particular flavor is my favorite but the Hi Mountain company does a great job with instructions and packing to keep the cure and seasoning fresh.
