This is one of the better seasonings that Hi Mountain offers, having said that, it is not a difficult combo to come up with on your own. I really enjoy this one in the snacking sticks.

the instructions were straight forward and the taste was great.
I used on sliced top round and cooked on my Smoker (200 degrees for 3-5 hours). Came out GREAT

Ive only tried this and the original so far. Between the two I like the original much better. I usually dump black pepper on everything I eat so for me to say this is to strong(peppery), to me it was.

Gave some of this to a friend who's family runs a meat market and he wants me to make him some more. I like the pepper n garlic. Its not too overpowering, its just right.
