It is a good thing that I have previously used some Lem sausage making supplies or I would probably stop trying to make sausage.
The casings provided in the kit are full of holes and some were split over half the length. It is very hard to stuff casings of this poor a quality. Supposedly the kit makes 30 lbs of sausage but there are not enough serviceable casings to do this quantity.
The taste is ok but nothing special.
Overall a dissatisfing purchase.
