After purchasing a pellet smoker I was reading about Buckboard Bacon and had to try it. The Hi Mountain Buckboard Bacon Cure worked perfectly for me. this last time I cured over 10 lbs. of Boston Butt pork roast. It is very easy to use. Just measure and rub on. in 10 days you are ready to smoke.
