good bait Good bait, great action. Use it as a jerkbait/topwater this last month in S. Cal city pond and the bass were all over it. Would give it a 5 but had 2 baits and both lips broke. But there really isnt another bait out there I have found that has the action and flash these do so I just purchased 6 more to make sure I have spares. And I wish Bass Pro would stock them in the stores and not just online. April 10, 2012
Never lets ya down! Bought this lure last year, and it made me feel even better about buying heddon lures! Buy this lure and you'll catch bass! March 7, 2012
Still my favorite lure ! This lure is like a leatherman (multipurpose lure) you can work it so many different ways for whatever situation. I've been using these for years and I've never gone a day of fishin without this lure producing some good action! July 23, 2011
Gonna Get Ya If there is a bass within 10ft of this lure, it might as well just jump in the boat. I have used this lure in 36 degree open water and 98 degree back yard ponds and it produces, every single time. Also out produced my $15.00 LCs. Only problem I saw, the big blue gill like them too. Good bang for the buck. March 11, 2011

A:
The swimming image has an action to its own. I tried to find baits that i could use to replicate the action of the swimin image and couldnt do it. Its kind of a hybrid between a wakebait and a jerkbait. The body size and shape works good to replicate either a shad or small bluegill. I give it the action i want by working it like a worm. Lift the rod to make it swim and dive quicky and then stop for a second and do it again. You know you have found the action when u see the fish behind it follow it and explode the second it stops. And the pricing is great to.
