One of the best top water lures ever made. I can throw this lure almost all day long and catch bass. Walking the dog makes it look like an injured bait fish. Bass can't resist it.

While not a topwater expert, I have fished topwater for many years and caught fish easily on frogs and buzzbaits. But, I have not had much success with this Rattlin' Spook.
Maybe I just don't have the hang of "walking the dog" in a way that calls Bass, but I find frogs and buzzers much easier to fish and more productive.

this lure is possibly my favorite to fish. its one of my favorites because 1. it catches fish and 2. the strikes are so awesome. whenever i see fish breaking the surface in the pond i fish, this is my go to lure. its great at its sound, vibration, apeal, and it has a great action when you walk it.
