Haydel's Game Calls Canada Honker Goose Call
Giant Canada Killer
I just used this call two weeks ago i was hunting in Missouri with my grandpa and a couple of his friends the day before we limited out for ducks But we shot 23 Shoveler and 1 Gadwall the mallards are beyond super wary. the next day we shot 2 shoveler 1 gadwall and a Canada. well the hunt that we limited out there was a gaggle of Giants that flew over and everyone told me to leave them be (the day latter they said we should have called them in ) the next day the same group flew over but two were leaved so we took are chance and got one. And are lease had habitat flats around !

Good for a while
This call works well if you don't blow it often. But if you are working a flock for a while it will freeze up due to spit in the call. Other than that it brings the geese in just like any other call!

This was my second nadian call. Its good for the money but dont get me wrong, its no shaved/short reed call. Its great to start out on. Oh but it will bring in them ol greater nadians. The only complaint is that its like some of the other goose calls...when you first get it, it smells like some kid just blew chunks through it. It has a very distinct smell of upchuck. It goes away after a few washes, either that or I got used to it. Overall a pretty fine call.

I bought this call because my hunting buddy had got me hooked on the haydel DR-85 which is a great duck call. This goose call can be compared to the DR-85. It is simple to use, sounds great, needs no tuning and the price is too good to be true. I originally bought this call just to learn on but i have ended up buying two and they are the only goose calls on my lanyard. Sounds goosey and brings em in!
