I just used this call two weeks ago i was hunting in Missouri with my grandpa and a couple of his friends the day before we limited out for ducks But we shot 23 Shoveler and 1 Gadwall the mallards are beyond super wary. the next day we shot 2 shoveler 1 gadwall and a Canada. well the hunt that we limited out there was a gaggle of Giants that flew over and everyone told me to leave them be (the day latter they said we should have called them in ) the next day the same group flew over but two were leaved so we took are chance and got one. And are lease had habitat flats around !

I bought this call because my hunting buddy had got me hooked on the haydel DR-85 which is a great duck call. This goose call can be compared to the DR-85. It is simple to use, sounds great, needs no tuning and the price is too good to be true. I originally bought this call just to learn on but i have ended up buying two and they are the only goose calls on my lanyard. Sounds goosey and brings em in!

I purchased this call under advisement from my brother-in law a avid waterfowl hunter. It easy to learn how to use and had go success with on the first outing use it. I am very satisfied with call.

I wasn’t impressed with this call at all. It seems to be cheaply made and takes a lot to blow. I also had problems with the reed sticking after a few honks. If I could do it over again I would have paid a little bit extra and got a nicer call.

This is a single reed goose call. I would say a medium pitch. However, if you need to adjust for personal style move the wedge toward the tip of the reeds to raise the pitch and opposite to lower.1 of 1
