An improvement on the legendary Bill Plummer's SuperFrog, the Harrison-Hoge Superior Frog casts long, always lands on its belly, floats high and upright with its eyes at the waterline, cuts through thick vegetation and produces an irresistible, lifelike leg-kicking action on the retrieve - just like the real thing. Slurp!

Rated 1 out of 5 by bad frog this frog either flips on its back or the singlr hook snags any loose vegitation. frog is not worth the the money or time if am given this frog for free i will toss it in the garbage can.it dont catch fish it fall apart fast and it looks ugly. July 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by frog This is an o.k. frog. I actually landed a small bass today and the single hook is better on the bottom w/ the weedguard. July 18, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by Inefficient Frog The only good thing about this frog is that it is weedless. It constantly flips over onto it's back while you are reeling it in and the legs do not kick to give it the look of a real frog. April 27, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not the same! I am pretty sure Panther Martin makes these frogs now. The old Harrison Hoge Super Frogs would float in a very natural way and bass and pike would hammer the snot out of them! Great fun! These new frogs are much denser and will not float if you have any line out. If you use a leader for pike forget it.....the lure sinks like a stone....and you end up dragging it through the slop. If you want to pull weeds off a lure all day, buy this so-called Superior Frog. I have fished the old Frog for years and they are great. They never should have changed the material or the design. I just bought a bunch of small medical bottle corks and I plan on inserting them in the 20 frogs I bought and hope I can get them to float this season. April 4, 2010
